Working with John over the years I always know that if there is a problem he will get on it ASAP rather than leaving it ‘until later'. He was fantastic in helping me move from a problematic hosting provider to his hosting service. When rebuilding our website recently, working with Amber was fantastic, I really appreciated her taking my needs and wants seriously. She took the time to research the needs of the clients who would use our site and creating our site to work best for them.  This has taken our site to new heights which we had not thought possible, helping to improve our look and professionalism.  I always feel acknowledged and valued between the two.
