Rogue

Rogue joined John in 2024 and is now his ever-present canine companion. He ensures that John takes breaks, gets out for fresh air, and encourages him in his pursuit of running, staying healthy and enjoying life.

Rogue enjoys running, playing, John’s hand-crafted dog treats, and spending time with John, and his two sons anywhere they are. When Rogue gets a bone, he just won’t let it go.  Listen for him on the podcast!
